TASTING NOTES:

Located in Saint Julien, Château Branaire-Ducru was originally part of Château Beychevelle. Jean-Baptiste Braneyre bought the property and became known as Château Branaire in 1680 after he gave the estate his name.
After almost 200 years, in 1875, Gustave Ducru became the sole proprietor, thus giving birth to the name Branaire-Ducru.
