1. Course fee shall be refundable up to any remaining amount after administrative fee of ₱1,000.00 if a confirmed booking is cancelled up to 15 working days prior to the start of the course.
2. Course fee is non-refundable if a confirmed booking is cancelled during the 14 working days prior to the start of the course or at any time after the start of the course. No refunds for missing the course or exam in part or in full.
3. The cost of study materials already allocated or used will not be refunded if a course is cancelled.
4. Wine Story Academy reserves the right to cancel courses or examinations, if necessary. Notice shall be given to students at least 14 days prior to start of the course or examination date with the exception of cancellations due to force majeure.
