To ensure that are customers have the best quality wine, all sales are final. We will not accept returns and/or exchanges once the wines have left our stores as we cannot guarantee how it’s been handled, stored and transported.
All our wines are guaranteed to be genuine, of high quality and have been properly handled, transported and stored in temperature-controlled environment from points of origin all the way to our stores.
Wine must be handled, stored, and transported at the right temperature (13°C-18°C) and humidity (70%) at all times.
Any wines from Wine Story that were received as gifts would be subject to the same above clauses.
For non-wine items like glassware and books, we only accept exchanges (but not refunds) if the product is in a good saleable condition with its original packaging, accompanied by the official receipt, within 14 days of purchase.
