Once part of the great Figeac estate, Château La Tour Figeac owned and managed by the Rettenmaier family headed by Otto Rettenmaier. The estate has very well-known neighbors around: Pomerol appellation is just a few rows of vines to the north and west, Château Cheval Blanc to the east, and of course, Château Figeac to the south. La Tour Figeac produces a second wine name L’Esquisse de La Tour Figeac.
