The 2015 Chasse-Spleen is medium garnet-purple in color with red currants, cassis and forest floor on the nose.
The palate is medium-bodied and firm with tar notes, finishing a bit lean and green.

“In 2000, Celine Villars, still an unknown protagonist within the wine world, takes command of Chasse-Spleen. Prior to her premature demise, her mother Bernadette runs Château Chasse Spleen. She is the sister, the daughter and granddaughter of great figures among the Bordeaux vineyard. She hires her husband, Jean-Pierre Foubet, to join her and take charge of the Château.”
