Terms and Conditions for Attendance in Wine Story Events
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Age Restrictions
1.1 Attendees must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.
1.2 Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested upon entry.
2. Tickets
2.1 Tickets are secured upon payment. A digital copy will be emailed upon purchase.
2.2 Ticket fee is non-refundable for missing the event in part or in full.
2.3 The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder.
3. Entry and Conduct
3.1 Attendees must comply with all security procedures and follow instructions from event staff.
3.2 Disorderly conduct, including excessive intoxication, harassment, or violence, will result in immediate ejection from the event.
3.3 Smoking is prohibited inside the event venue.
4. Alcohol Consumption
4.1 The organizer promotes responsible drinking. Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly.
4.2 The organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee who appears intoxicated.
5. Liability
5.1 The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred at the event.
5.2 Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
6. Photography and Media
6.1 By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed by event organizers for promotional purposes.
6.2 Attendees are permitted to take personal photographs and videos but may not sell or distribute these for commercial purposes without prior consent from the organizer.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations in place at the event.
7.2 Safety protocols require participants to be in good health, and not displaying respiratory symptoms.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or pandemic.
9. Amendments
9.1 The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to ticket holders via email or the Wine Story website.
